We would strongly suggest our existing FOBO BIKE App user to migrate to the new App, FOBO BIKE 2 App for better user experience. It is available for both Android and iOS platforms.

Please follow the steps as below to migrate your account to the new App:

1. Download FOBO BIKE 2 App from Apple Appstore or Google Playstore.
2. Launch FOBO BIKE 2 App.
3. Accept and allow all App permissions.
4. Set Location Services to “Always”.
5. Log in using same account that you have used to install the set previously.
6. The vehicle profile will be transferred automatically to the new App.
7. Delete the old FOBO BIKE App and continue using the system with FOBO BIKE 2 App.

Note: Kindly ensure that sensors status are active and smartphone is connected to the internet while performing the above operations.
