Multiple profiles for same vehicle in my account

I am using the fobo tire 2 app, when I moved to a new phone, there were 2 profiles of the same vehicle in the app. the problem is that one of the sensors is in one of the profiles and the other three are in the other profile. I tried to release the profile with the one sensor in it using the directions to release the in car unit but the app does not find the in car unit. What can I do to get rid of the unwanted profile
