How do I make up the difference from what the sensors see and what my phone shows. I filled by tires to what they should be and they are actually 1 PSI off from actual.

one PSI deference, unless you are high speed racing, is actually pretty accurate. Unless you have an expense high quality pressure gauge the problem more than likely the issue.
On the other hand I have never found any FOBO sensors on my cars or motorcycles to 100% accurate 100% of the time. Too many factors go into exact tire pressure readings.
