Please take note, you do not need to uninstall and reinstall the sensors if you want to change the device. You just need to log out from the old device and login using same email from new device , all the data under your account will be synced to your new device from our cloud. This is possible due to FOBO cross pair technology.

 

Do take note, before logging in to FOBO account on new device a re-activation link will be sent to your email to reactivate the account.

Please login using the same email in your new mobile (the same email that you used to pair the sensors on your old mobile)

Our product follows cross pair technology, means you can login using the same email from any mobile and you can use the set.

You only need to reactivate the account by clicking on the reactivation link which you will receive  in your email.

Please take note, you need to login using the same email (which you have used before to pair the set on your old phone) from your  new phone, Fobo admin will ask for reactivation to confirm you are the rightful owner of the account, which will be sent to same email. Open the mail and click the blue 'reactivation link' and after receiving a successful prompt, go back to the app and click login again, and you can see the profile there.

 

You don’t  need to release or even logout from the old phone. This is the convenience the Fobo technology provides. Once a new phone is reactivated, it will automatically logout the account from the old phone. You need to use the same email which you have used before to pair the set on your old phone. FOBO set is paired under your email account and you cannot pair the same set  under new account until you release it from your old account.

 

This is possible because of FOBO Cross-pair Technology.

 

Do advise which FOBO product you are using and please send us the screenshot of the message appears on the screen when you are unable to pair.
