Fobo bike

I have fobo bike sensors on my Goldwing. Over the winter the batteries went dead. I replace the batteries and try and reinstall the sensors with the fobo bike app. The fobo bike app will not recognize either one of the sensors. Downloaded the fobo bike 2 app. It recognizes the rear sensor, but the front sensor it says it's owned. Which is correct I own it. Since the old app won't recognize it to release it how do I reinstall it with the new fobo bike2 app?
