New phone now sensors not showing
I changed from iphone 8 plus to iphone xs. Now Fobo bike 2 sensors are not connected, I've attempted to reconnect but either get the message not finding or tells me it connected to another bike. What am I doing wrong? I've tried logging in online but says I not signed up. I'm really confused and frustrated. My mobile OS is 14.1 not 13.3

New iphone 12 Pro - also my account seems to be under 2 separate e-mails: nonoys4me@gmail.com and richard@nonoys2.com - I try to go online to manage devices - not there - I need them under one account (nonoys4me) - right now showing NOT INSTALLED - need help to get devices working
