Hi, The sensors on my old bike profile do not work anymore & I can't delete the profile as I cannot release the sensors. How to delete the old bike profile? Pls advise. Thank you

To delete a Bike's profile , First you need to release sensors, Kindly provide us with below details by writing an email to "cx@my-fobo.com" for investigating the issue: 1. What is your email account that you logged-in for FOBO Bike 2 App now? (It is available on top of the user's profile page) 2. Send us a screenshot/photo of the tire sensor page/status in FOBO Bike 2 App 3. Send us a screenshot of the error message have you received during releasing sensors by press and hold on sensor's box in App and select "Releae". (Ensure sensor’s batteries are new with 3v and above) 4. Share with us an invoice copy of your purchase We look forward to serving you better. The problem is that my old bike profile is so old that i do not have the previous sensors anymore. They were spoilt after using for a few years. How do I remove the old motorbike profile then?
