Notification pop-up

Im getting the audio alerts when tire goes below the Min and when it goes to Zero, but I am no longer getting the pop-up message on my phone. I mirror pop-ups onto my GPS screen, so I can see what the issue is. I didnt see anything in the manual so wondering how to turn on pop-up message\notifications
