CHEAPSKATES!

It is inconceivable to me how you can ship an expensive product to consumers with DEAD BATTERIES! I understand this is a common practice of yours. Do you have no shame at all? Are you actively TRYING to give your company a bad reputation? Mine arrived dead on arrival. I had to go out and buy new batteries. I have NEVER had to do that with any other battery-operated product. I demand you reimburse me $18!
