How to Release the sensors

Purchased the FOBO 2 for my Can-AM Spyder, and had no issues loading on my apple phone, however, I recently purchased a new apple phone. The FOBO app is loaded on the new phone however I can't get the sensors to release to sync to the new phone. Say's sensors are not installed, however when I unscrew the sensor and then screw it back on and touch with the phone it shows the sensors are registered to me. I've cleared the log, logged out, and back in several times with no success. Please prove instructions on how to "release" the sensors so I can sync to the new phone. Thanks

Please note for access to your FOBO Bike 2 account and profile in New Phone, you need to login with same account as old phone which you have logged in and installed sensors , If you don’t have access to primary email kindly provide us with below details for transferring ownership by writing to fobo@salutica.com.my : 1. What is your email account have you logged-in for FOBO Bike 2 App in new phone now? (It is available on top of the general setting page) 2. What was your email that you registered and installed sensors with the old FOBO Bike App? 3. Send us a screenshot of the error message have you received during login or reinstalling sensors. I have 2 sets , can't login after App update, reset app, now have a system that is un usable as it says owned by another user, once they got your money they don't care , take them off , bin them & NEVER AGAIN will i purchase this product,

I am having same problem. I should have bought from Lamonster at least they would be there to help.
