sensor is owned by another user, but it is mine!

I upgraded to FOBO 2, replaced the batteries, and can only get my rear to connect. The front says the sensor is owned by another user, but it was working on FOBO 1 just fine. I bought them new. Please assist.

I had the same problem with "Sensor Owned by Others" message after replacing the batteries. FOBO support figured out I used a different email address when I originally registered the product. Using the original email and the tire pressure sensors work great again! It even remembered all my settings! This probably prevents someone else from taking the sensors and using them.

I bought mine from a friend that sold his bike and now they won't let me register them, says they are registered to another party. the other party deleted his account and they still work link to my cell???

I had the same problem with "Sensor Owned by Others" message after reinstalling the app (previous one froze). I had to create a new profile even though I logged in with the same credentials (pmetheney@gmal.com). I needed to replace my LF sensor (3 wheel Can-AM) but it made me create a new profile. LF went on fine (new one) but when I went to install the Rear Center, it said it was owned by another account. Yeah. Mine. I have tried to find out how to release the original sensor, but since it is now on my new profile, I can't. I had emailed support about this issue weeks ago (adding a replacement sensor) but no reply even after the second try.

I replaced my phone and I have logged in with the same account and I'm receiving sensor owned by another message also. I hope to get a fix for this
